We've gone digital! Our race day program lives online and can be downloaded for easy reference on race day. The program stays live year-round, giving your advertising a longer shelf life and wider exposure.

All ad purchases and content submissions will be done electronically. Don't worry, our team is available to help you. Please email ads@potomachuntraces.com to coordinate advertising opportunities. If you need help building your ads, we can help with that too! Email adproduction@potomachuntraces.com for more information on that.

Full page ads are approximately 3 3/8” x 8 1/4”. Cost $200
A half page is approximately 3 3/8” x 4 1/8”. Cost $100

Notes

1. Payment via PayPal must be received before any advertising space will be reserved
2. Deadline for artwork and edits is due 10 days prior to the races to Camille Finley
3. Full page ads are approximately 3 3/8" x 8 1/4"
4. Half page ads are approximately 3 3/8" x 4"
5. Art should be camera ready, but if needed we can offer design services for a fee. Please contact Camille to coordinate.
6. Jump/Fence banners are 3 1/2' x 8' and must be delivered to Camille by COB four days prior to race day
7. Web logos must be digital and will be live through 12/31, at least
